spreading knowledge about fundamental rights and responsibilities, impart
skills, to provide preventive health care information and for several such items
pertaining to acquiring a better standard of living. It can be a vary useful
tool for transmission of education to even the remotest parts of our country.
India's system of education and skill-generation can be transformed in a decade
if we can creatively and purposefully deploy IT technologies ... "
